01 Context

In Morocco, ANLCA supports adults on their literacy journey. With GIZ, the challenge went beyond broadcasting a programme: restoring confidence to partially literate learners — and giving those still hesitating a reason to walk into the centres.

02 Approach

Our answer: a real TV format, not a filmed lesson. Twelve learners from regional centres across the kingdom; five disciplines — reading and writing, arithmetic, civics, field methodology, personal development — alternating between studio workshops and the field. Each cycle closes with a hands-on challenge prime; the last one immerses the candidates in their possible future lives.

03 Delivery

Punchline designed the format and produced the entire programme: thirty episodes written, shot and delivered in just over a month — eleven shooting days, post-production running in parallel from day two, with continuous sign-off from the GIZ teams. A full crew: directing, camera, sound, drone, editing, 2D/3D design.
