Contact form: name, email, company, project type, message. This data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry.

Site operation: a language cookie (FR/EN choice) and the host's technical logs. No data is sold or transferred.

Legal basis and purposes

Enquiries are processed on the basis of pre-contractual measures (answering your brief) and PUNCH LINE SARL AU's legitimate interest in managing its business relationships.

Analytics

To date, no audience-measurement tool is active. If analytics are deployed, they will only run after your explicit consent through the dedicated banner.

Recipients and transfers

Data is processed by PUNCH LINE SARL AU and its technical processors: hosting (Vercel Inc., USA) and, where applicable, an email-delivery service. These transfers are covered by appropriate contractual safeguards.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the duration of the exchange, then for a maximum of three years after the last contact before deletion.

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to personal-data processing, and under the GDPR where applicable, you have rights of access, rectification, objection and erasure.
